Donna Joyce (Hollen) McBride

Donna "Joyce" McBride, 82, of Mitchell, formerly Paoli, passed away February 16, 2019 at Mitchell Manor Nursing Home. She was born May 31, 1936 in English, IN to parents, Charles & Anna Belle (Sillings) Hollen. She married Harvey L. McBride June 30, 1956. She was a retired employee of Orange County Hospital of Paoli and a member of Paoli First Baptist Church. 

Survivors include: Daughter- Kay Carlisle & husband, Chris of Mitchell

Sons- Steve McBride & wife, Cindy of Mitchell & Scott McBride of Mitchell

Grandchildren- Aimee Carlisle & companion, Brian Phillips of Bedford; Jed Carlisle & wife, Natasha of Orleans; Bryan McBride & wife, Nicole of Ellettesville; Brittany McBride of Mitchell & Treyton McBride of Mitchell

Great-grandchildren- Allison McCollum of Washington D.C., Jamison, Aiden & Sadie Carlisle all of Orleans & Jonah McBride of Ellettesville

Several nieces & nephews

She is preceded in death by: parents, husband, sisters- Zelma Lashbrooks, Norma Riley & Olive Rowland & brother- Wayne Hollen

Visitation will be from 5-8pm Tuesday, February 19 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 11am Wednesday, February 20 at the funeral home. Pastor Reggie Clark will officiate. Burial will be in Stampers Creek Cemetery.
