James F. Mink

James F. Mink, 91,of Paoli, passed away July 26, 2019 at Monroe Hospital of Bloomington. He was born February 3, 1928 to parents, William Joshua & Leona (Woodyard) Mink. He married (first) Mary Francis (Slaten) Mink she precedes him in death. He married Bertha Lea (Cook) Mink April 4, 1998. James worked for the Town of Paoli for over 30 years & he was self employed, owner and operator of Minks Mini Mart formerly of Paoli. He was a member of Paoli Central Baptist Church. 

He is survived by: Wife- Bertha Lea Mink of Paoli

Daughters- Debby Butler, Ursula Underwood & Elaine Vermillion all of Paoli

Sons- Johnny Fancher of Paoli & Tony Fancher of Arizona

18 Grandchildren

22 Great-Grandchildren 

Sisters- Bonnie Leonard, Lou Condra, Fannie Sours & Edna Cole all of Paoli

Brothers- Tommy Minks of South Pekin, IL, Lester Mink & Leonard Mink both of Paoli

He is preceded in death by: parents, first wife, sons-  Larry Mink, Frank Kirby & Gene Kirby, daughter- Vera Gilchrist & brother- Wayne Mink.

Funeral will be 11am, Tuesday, July 30 at McAdams Mortuary. Bro. Jim O'Connell will officiate. Burial will be in Paoli Community Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Monday, July 29 at the funeral home & after 9am Tuesday until the service time.
