Lester A. Hogan

Lester A. Hogan, 66, of Paoli, passed away December 10, 2018 at IU Health Paoli Hospital. He was born October 1,1952 in New Albany, IN to parents, Owen Allen & Dorothy Louise (Grimes) Hogan. He married Carolyn Wheeler June 21, 1991. He was a United States Marine Veteran and retired professional painter and former employee of Johnson's Farms of Orleans. He attended Syria Christian Church of Orleans. 

He is survived by: wife- Carolyn Hogan of Paoli; daughter- Della Chatman of French Lick; son- Douglas Owen of Paoli; sisters- Joan Hogan of Louisville, Helen Loveit of Horsecave, KY, Jackie Hogan of Horsecave, KY, Angel Hogan of Horsecave, KY & Sandy Hogan of Horsecave, KY; brothers- Louis Hogan of Louisville, Owen Hogan of Horsecave, KY, Joey Hogan of Cave City, KY & Jamie Hogan of Horsecave, KY; grandchildren- Robbie Babcock, Jessie Babcock, Carie Babcock, Georgia Chatman, Baelie Babcock, Darian Chatman, Antwon Chatman, Charles Seig, Katlynn Seig & Logan Fischer; great grandchildren- Jeremiah Babcock & Rosalene Babcock; step-mother- Beverly Hogan of Horsecave, KY & step-sister- Debbie. He is preceded in death by: parents; sister- Donna Hogan & brother- Bobby Hogan. 

Visitation will be from 12noon-2pm Friday, December 14 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will follow at 2pm at the funeral home. Bro. Jimmy Johnson will officiate. Cremation will follow.
