Rosemary (Walk) Sarles

Mrs. Rosemary Sarles, age 92 of Harrison Township,MI, passed away on Friday morning in Henry Ford Macomb Hospital in Clinton Township.

She was born on February 16, 1926 in Harrison County, Indiana, a daughter of the late Seymour Bryan and Mabel Enid (Arnold) Walk.  On October 30, 1954, Rosemary was united in marriage with Howard H. Sarles in Corpus Christi, Texas.  

Rosemary had worked as a union steward at Jackson Products in Warren and also worked on the assembly line for many years.  Rosemary enjoyed solving puzzles, an avid reader, knitting and genealogy.

Mrs. Sarles is survived by her husband Howard; children, Don (Margaret) Seitz, Dale (Patricia) Sarles, Howard Sarles, jr. and Lisa (Michael) Thibodeau; grandchildren, Greg Seitz, Brenda Palmer, Cheryl Jamroz, James Sarles, Bryan Sarles, Thomas Sarles, Rachel Thibodeau, April Smith, Brandon Monteleone; great grandchildren, Abbey Bell Courtney Jamroz, Erica Jamroz, Emily Palmer, Amanda Palmer, Kaia Sarles, Chayton Sarles, Zach Sarles, Veronica Sarles, Rachel Sarles, Urmas Sarles; siblings, Juanita (Wes) Hackbarth and Wilda Williams.

Rosemary was predeceased by her father, Seymour Bryan Walk (1977), mother, Mabel Enid Arnold Walk (1937), siblings, Helen Welch and Edward Walk, daughter, Tracy Lee Daniels (1996), son, Edward Seitz, and grand daughter, Nicole Thibodeau.

Visiting hours are on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Will and Schwarzkoff Funeral Home, 233 Northbound Gratiot Avenue, Mount Clemens, MI

Mrs. Sarles will be buried on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Union Chapel Cemetery, 4190 N. Union Chapel Road, Milltown, Indiana 47145 under the direction of McAdams Mortuary, 500 Southwest 1st Street, Paoli, Indiana 47454.
