Robert Nelson

Robert Nelson, 88, of West Baden Springs, passed away January 1, 2021 at Springs Valley Meadows. He was born August 30, 1932 in French Lick to parents, Walter & Pearl (Rainey) Nelson. He married Cleta Dillard on July 5, 1958. Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was a retired shop foreman for Indiana State Highway Dept and a professional gambler. He was a member of French Lick American Legion and Newton Stewart Masonic Lodge.

Daughters- Shannon Peek & Tyona Leonard both of West Baden Springs

Sons- Noah Nelson of Lehigh, FL & Ferlin Nelson of Dayton, OH

Brother- Tommy Nelson of West Baden

Robert Nelson is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Cleta Nelson & siblings, Willford Nelson, Junior Nelson & Bea Middleton.

Cremation was chosen for Robert Nelson.
