Alan Paul Sanders

Alan Paul Sanders, age 71 of Paoli, formerly of Marengo, passed away on September 8, 2025 at Paoli Health and Living Community. He was born on June 18, 1954 in Louisville, KY to Paul H. & Nevada P. (Whobrey) Sanders. Alan retired from Eiklor Flames in Paoli, and had also worked in construction. He graduated from Western High School in Louisville, KY. Alan found joy in the simple pleasures of life, spending much of his time fishing, hunting, searching for arrowheads, and enjoying the outdoors.

Survivors include his sisters, Myra J. Happel (Mike) of Hardinsburg & Laurel Baker (Cary) of Louisville, K; brothers, Morris Sanders (Jane) of Orange, TX & Craig Sanders (Nellie) of South Padre Island, TX; Alan was an Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

The visitation for Alan Paul Sanders will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 11am - 1pm at McAdams Mortuary. The funeral will at 1pm at the funeral home. The burial will be in the Valeene Cemetery, Valeene, IN. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
