Betty Mae (Eickelberger) Dillard

Betty Mae Dillard, age 88 of Paoli, passed away on April 4, 2024 at Springs Valley Meadows in French Lick. She was born on February 15, 1936 in Paoli to parents Knofel & Dora (Holaday) Eickelberger. Betty married the love of her life, Charlie Dillard, on August 10, 1951. She retired from JayC Foods, and was a dedicated member of the Valeene Wesleyan Church. Her greatest joy was her family and having them all together. She enjoyed playing games, working word puzzles, and reading. She loved to shop and took pride in her many recipes as a wonderful cook.

Betty is survived by her husband, Charlie Dillard of Paoli; Daughter, Connie Crowe (Terry) of Mitchell; Son, Jerry Dillard of Paoli; Grandchildren, Gina Maness (Chris) of Murfreesboro, TN, James Thompson (Stephanie) of Paoli, Jed Dillard (Brandy) of Paoli, & Chelsey Dillard of Paoli; 6 Great-grandchildren; & 3 Great Great Grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Bonnie McPike & Dale Eickelberger

The visitation for Betty Mae Dillard will be on Saturday, April 6, 2024 from 4-8 pm at McAdams Mortuary. The funeral will be on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 11 am at the funeral home. Bro.
