Cody Gene Grunden, age 33, passed away on April 7, 2022, at U of L Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was born May 20, 1988, in Bedford, IN to parents Richard Earl Grunden & Joni (Haycox) Grunden. He was employed at O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in Paoli.

Father: Richard Earl Grunden and wife Teresa of Ellijay, GA; Mother: Joni Grunden of Paoli; Maternal Grandfather: Gene Haycox and wife Lorna; Brother: Michael Grunden of VA

Cody was preceded in death by his Grandparents: Norma Haycox, and Owen & Ruth Grunden.
