George Junior Montgomery

Visitation for George Junior Montgomery will be from 4-8pm Saturday, May 5 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 1pm, Sunday, May 6 at the funeral home. Bro. Albert Madden will officiate. Cremataion will follow.

He is survived by: daughters- Joan Henrickson of Tell City & Joyce Howe of Taswell; sons- Jerry Montgomery of Taswell; Mark Montgomery of Taswell & Art Montgomery of Taswell; sister- Elsie Reed of Eckerty; 11 grandchildren & 12 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by: wife- Audrey Mae (Atkins) Montgomery; parents- George Emery Montgomery & Minnie (Brown) Montgomery; sons- Steven Montgomery & Jeffery Montgomery; brothers- Earl, Charles, Russell, Harvey & Hershel Montgomery.

George Junior Montgomery was a US Army Airforce World War II veteran. He was retired from Dubois County Electric of Jasper, attended the Christian Church of Taswell and was a member of the English VFW.
