John Lancaster Jr.

John Lancaster Jr, 83, of Bloomington, formerly West Baden, passed away Monday, December 3 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born March 27, 1935 in Paoli, IN to parents, John & Ruby (Rainey) Lancaster. He was a Veteran of the US Army and retired construction laborer for local Union 741.

John Lancaster Jr. is survived by: daughters Cindy Lancaster (Joseph LaFlamme) of Rockville, MD & Roxanna Jane Best of French Lick; son- John Wesley Lancaster of French Lick; brother- Kenneth "Stovepipe" Brown of French Lick; grandson- Logan Shane Best (Kayla) of French Lick. He is preceded in death by brother, Jesse Lancaster.

Visitation will be from 4-6pm Thursday, December 6 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 11am Friday December 7 at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery of French Lick.
