Linda Walton Shockley

Linda Walton Shockley, age 75 of Alvarado, TX, passed away on May 28, 2023 at Arlington Medical Center, Arlington, TX. She was born on August 30, 1947 in Orange County, IN to parents Ernie Walton & Rebecca (Newlin) Walton. Linda married Don Shockley on September 17, 1979. In 2019 she retired from being a truck driver for Poly Trucking in Grand Prairie, TX. Linda attended the Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Alvarado, TX. She was also a graduate of Paoli High School class of 1965.

Sons: Kevin Pritchard (Evelyn) & Trinity Shockley (Stephanie)

Step-children: Tamra Johnson (Fred), Reki Duncan (Curtis), & Donnie Shockley (Tonya)

Grandchildren: Madalyn, Katie, & Tommy

Brothers: Ernie Ray Walton (Pam) & Douglas Walton (Bonita)

She was preceded in death by her son: Matthew Todd, father: Ernie Walton, & step-son: Joe Shockley

The visitation for Linda Walton Shockley will be Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 12 - 2 pm at McAdams Mortuary in Paoli, IN. The funeral will follow at 2pm at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. Burial will be June 10th at Skyvue Memorial Garden in Mansfield, TX.
