Marietta (Brown) Hager

Marietta Hager, age 98 of Orleans, passed away January 5, 2024, at Mitchell Manor. She was born April 19, 1925, in Orleans to parents Willard Brown & Lanora Pruett Brown. She married Kenneth Hager on July 1, 1943, who preceded her in death on August 21, 1993. She was a retired employee of the Orange County Bureau of Motor Vehicles of Paoli. She also served as the Orangeville County Trustee for several years. Marietta was a member of the Bethel Church of Orleans.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Sheila Puckett (David) of Westfield

Sons: Keith Hager of Orleans & Alan Hager of Orleans

10 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren

Along with her parents and husband, Marietta was preceded in death by her son - Rodney Hager, sister- Bonnie McIntosh, and grandson - Steven Hager

The visitation for Marietta Hager will be on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, from 5-7 pm at McAdams Mortuary. The Funeral will follow on the same day at 7 pm at the funeral home. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
