Mary Anne Terrell

Mary Anne Terrell, age 88 of Paoli, passed away on June 30, 2026 at Paoli Health and Living Community. She was born on March 20, 1938 in Louisville, KY to Davie and Ethel (Knight) Stout. On March 26, 1960 she married Espy Terrell who preceded her in death on March 30, 2024. Mary retired from Deputy Recorder for Orange county as well as Gerald Smith Insurance, formerly of Paoli. She was an inactive member of the Phi Beta Psi upsilon chapter sorority.

Survivors include her daughter, Susan Terrell of Paoli; brother, Philip Stout of Anniston, AL; 2 grandchildren, Savannah Goerres and Stephanie Goerres; and niece, Debbie Evans of Orleans.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Espy Terrell; sister, Elizabeth Jones; and brother, John Stout.
