Max Meredith

Max Meredith, age 87, of Paoli, passed away October 24, 2026, at Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany.

He was born July 18, 1939, in Bee Spring, Kentucky, to parents Charlie Meredith and Millie Meredith.

Max married Dana Buchanan, and she preceded him in death in 2002. He was retired from Electricom, where he worked as part of the power crew.

Survivors include his sons, Tony Meredith (Nadine) and Todd Meredith (Misty); stepchildren, Diane Fancher (Johnny), Terri Busick, and Brian Busick (Loretta); 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dana; his parents; his siblings; and two great-grandchildren.

Private services will be held.
