Merle Blythe, 82 of Paoli, passed away April 23, 2019 at IU Health Paoli Hospital. She was born August 15, 1936 in Sheridan, KY to parents, Forest H. & Eula (Carnahan) Belt.
Merle was the owner and operator of Patoka Tax & Bookkeeping of Paoli and she was a member of Paoli Moose Lodge.
Survivors include: Daughter Brenda Breslin of Jeffersonville
Sons- Jerry Dale Blythe of Paoli & Troy Blythe of Colorado
Sister- Sarah Kelley Mayes of Henderson, KY
Brother- C.A. Belt of Henderson, KY
6 grandchildren
7 Great-Grandchildren
Companion- Harvey Farr of Paoli
She is preceded in death by: Son- Dale Cannon & brothers- Forest, Charles, Harold & Alan Belt
A Celebration of Life service will be at 12pm on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Merles Residence: 188 E. Pivot Pt. Rd. Paoli, In 47454.
