Patricia Ann Clements, 90, of Paoli, passed away at Paoli Health and Living Community on August 30, 2025. She was born on December 07, 1934, to Robert and Marion Albrecht in Lawrence, Kansas.
Patricia married "The Love of Her Life," Harry Austin Clements, on April 3, 1954, sharing twenty-five years of marriage until he died in 1979. Throughout her life, she remained devoted to her family, her community, and her steadfast belief that every person deserves the opportunity to succeed.
Patricia's life exemplified tireless dedication and visionary leadership. Her diverse professional experience included working as a paralegal support for local attorneys and serving as a respected realtor. Her commitment to community improvement extended well beyond her professional roles. As a former member of the Paoli Community School Board, Patricia worked tirelessly to champion equitable educational opportunities for all students. From 2008 to 2009, she served as vice chair of the Board of Directors for the Orange County Community Foundation, where she played an instrumental role in guiding numerous community initiatives designed to support local families. She was a member of the Catholic faith and attended Christ the King Catholic Church of Paoli.
At Patricia's core was an unwavering belief in people and their potential. Those who knew her will remember a determined and steadfast advocate who readily shared her insight and energy with projects aimed at making a positive difference. Whether assisting a neighbor in need or contributing to important civic initiatives, Patricia ensured that everyone she encountered had access to opportunity and support.
Family remained Patricia's greatest priority and source of joy. She delighted in traveling with her loved ones, creating shared experiences that became treasured memories. Her deepest fulfillment came from nurturing those she held dear, and her lasting influence will continue through all the lives she touched.
Patricia is survived by her daughter Laura Anne Hudelson and son-in-law Robert Hudelson; grandchildren Ben Hudelson (Holly), Chris Hudelson, and Julie Hudelson; her son Thomas Austin Clements and daughter-in-law Elizabeth Clements; grandchildren Katrina Manning (husband Joshua Manning) and Nicholas Clements (wife Jennifer Clements); and five great-grandchildren: Jack, Bodie, Mia, Luca, and Joclyn. She will be profoundly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Honoring Patricia's generous spirit, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to local organizations dedicated to educational or community advancement-- causes that remained close to her heart throughout her life.
We will celebrate Patricia's life with a visitation from 11 am - 1 pm, Friday, September 5, at McAdams Mortuary. The funeral will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home. Bro. Chuck Morgan will officiate. There will be a private graveside service. For condolences, visit mcadamsmortuary.com
