Philip H. Fields

Philip H. Fields, age 74 of Paoli, passed away on September 2, 2025 at his home. He was born on January 6, 1951 in Marion, IN to Joseph Howard Fields and Mary Alice (Loll) Fields Patton. Philip was retired from ElectriCom of Paoli. He loved caring for his flock of chickens and took great satisfaction in a well-mowed lawn.

Survivors include his son, Joe Fields of Paoli; daughter, Stacie Durbin (Bud) of Paoli; companion, Dolly Patton of Paoli; sisters, Susan Baker (Richard) of Delaware & Debbie Russell (Carlos) of Delaware; brothers, Darrell Hoover (Brenda) of Booneville, Terry Patton (Mary) of Paoli, & Doug Patton (Sherry) of Paoli; grandchildren, Philip Durbin (Sara) of Paoli, Devin Durbin (Alexis) of Paoli, & Koby Durbin (Rosie) of Evansville; great grandchildren, Layla, Ellie, Lizzie, & Senora.

He is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Ralph Patton; brother, Michael Fields, & Judy Shirmacher

The visitation for Philip H. Fields will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 11am - 1pm at McAdams Mortuary. The funeral will follow at 1pm at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. The burial will be in the Sulphur Creek Cemetery. For condolences, visit mcadamsmortuary.com
