Visitation will be from 3-8pm Thursday, April 5 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 1pm Friday, April 6 at the funeral home. Bro. Phil LaMaster will officiate. Burial will be in Stampers Creek Cemetery. Military rights by Orleans American Legion Post #69.

Phillip Lee Tolbert is survived by: wife- Rita Ann (Freed) Tolbert of Paoli; daughter- LeAnn Lynn Pinnick & husband, Brent of Paoli; son- Patrick Dana Tolbert & wife, Denise of Cork, Ireland; brothers- Bill Tolbert & wife, Sandy of Washington Courthouse, OH & Tim Tolbert & wife, Evelyn of Taswell; & grandchildren- Brendan Asher Tolbert, Moya Erinn Tolbert & Corwin Arden Patrick Tolbert all of Cork, Ireland. He is preceded in death by: parents- Cecil & Hazel (Case) Tolbert & brother- Larry Rex Tolbert.

Phillip Lee Tolbert was a retired accounting clerk for the U.S. Forrest Service in Bedford. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve, member of Orleans American Legion Warren Brock Post #69 & he attended Carter's Creek Christian Church of Campbellsburg.
