Ronald William Welch, 67, passed away on September 13, 2021 at Paoli Health And Living Community. He was born July 5, 1954 in Frankfort, Kentucky to parents William Welch & Doris (Burckhead) Welch. Ronald was a Veteran of the U. S. Army. He was formally employed as a construction worker.
