Sharon Lea Apple

Sharon Lea Apple, age 80, of Paoli, Indiana, passed away at her home on October 7, 2025. Born on April 26, 1945, in Paoli, Sharon was the beloved daughter of Amos and Estelle (Warren) Payton. She was united in marriage to Clovie Apple Jr. on July 26, 1964. Clovie preceded her in death on March 29, 1998.

Sharon was a devoted homemaker and a faithful member of the Millersburg General Baptist Church. She is survived by her companion, Danny Enochs of Paoli; her daughter, Jeanice Satterfield (Tim) of Paoli; her sons, Troy Apple (Cassie) of Orleans, Aric Enochs of Mitchell, and Ronnie Enochs (Stephanie) of Bright, IN.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Tiffany Wells (Chris), Heather Emery (Justin), Brittany Humphrey (Steven), Tyler Apple (Casey), Amanda Gardner (Tony), and Kiersten Apple, along with 16 great-grandchildren.

Sharon is preceded in death by her son, Ricky Joe Apple, daughter, Sarah Enochs, sisters, Leatrice & Shirley, & brother, Bobby Payton

The visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 11 am - 1 pm at McAdams Mortuary. The funeral will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. The burial will be in the Stampers Creek Cemetery. For condolences, visit mcadamsmortuary.com
