Bertie O'Neal Weeks Jr.

Bertie O'Neal Weeks Jr., 94, of Paoli, passed away October 17, 2018 at his home. He was born November 2, 1923 in Paoli to parents, Bertie Iden & Mary Ethel (Apple) Weeks. He married first Betty Jane (Lambert) Weeks, and she precedes him in death. He married second, Patricia Sherlene Thompson Weeks and she also precedes him in death. He is survived by: daughters- Linda Kay Boyer of Paoli; Bonnie Weeks Lawrence of French Lick, Linda L. Chapman of Davenport, FL & Tanya Bowles of Paoli; sons- Billy O'Neal Weeks of Sparta, NC, Smokie Gene Weeks of Paoli, Donald Steven Bender of Paoli, John Arthur McManaway of South Carolina & Sammy Dale McManaway of Paoli; 22 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren & 3 great-great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by: daughter- Joyce Lee Hollis; sister- Mary Melissa Weeks; brother- Dr. Rubert Weeks & grandson- Coby Jay Boyer. 

Bertie O'Neal Weeks Jr. was a US Army World War II veteran. He was owner and operator of Weeks construction & Weeks Storage. 

Visitation will be from 3-8pm Sunday, October 21 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 1pm Monday October 22 at the funeral home. Bro. Doug Finney will officiate, Burial will be in Paoli Community Cemetery.
