Charles V. Smith

Charles V. Smith, 61, of Paoli, passed away July 14 at IU Health Paoli Hospital. He was born August 27, 1957 in Bedford, IN to parents, Archibald Allen & Patricia Iris (Hammon) Smith. He married Jessie (Cook) Smith April 10, 1981. Charles was a former construction laborer for HOD Carriers of New Albany. He was a member of Cooks Chapel Church of Paoli.

Wife- Jessie Smith of Paoli

Mother: Patricia Iris Smith of Paoli 

Son- Aron Smith of Paoli

Nieces- Desiree Smith of Paoli & Dana Tuell of English

He is preceded in death by his father,  brother- Dan Allen Smith, nephew- Dan Allen Smith, maternal grandparents- Grace Hammons-Wimmer & Charles Hammons.

Visitation will be from 4-8pm Friday, July 19 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 11am Saturday, July 20 at the funeral home. Bro. Gary Roll will officiate, Burial will be in Cooks Chapel Cemetery.
