Charles William Thompson

Charles William Thompson, 69, of Marengo, died October 9, 2021 at his home. He was born September 22, 1952 in Louisville, KY to parents, Elmo & Jeanette (Wolf) Thompson. He married Melody Chapman November 2, 1977.  He was retired from Jeff Boat formerly of Jeffersonville. Charles was a member of Harned Chapel Church. 

Survivors include:

Wife - Melody Thompson of Marengo

2 daughters - Christina Marie Sprouse (Shawn) of Hardinsburg & Misty Ann Juergen (Raymond) of Grand Rapids, MI

Son - Mark Allen Thompson of Marengo

3 grandchildren - Alexis Sprouse, Braxton Sprouse, & Mercedes Juergen

3 brothers - Thomas Thompson of Medora, Larry Thompson of Marengo, & Steve Thompson of KY

Visitation will be from 4-7pm Tuesday, October 12 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 1pm Wednesday, October 13 at Harned Chapel Church. There will be visitation at the church from 12 noon to 1pm the service time on Wednesday.  Bro Paul Richardson will officiate, burial will be at the Harned Chapel Cemetery.
