Douglas Grissom

In Loving Memory of Douglas Grissom, age 31,  who passed away on February 25, 2024, in Mitchell. Born on November 19, 1992, in Bedford to parents Jeff Grissom and Laura Yeadon. Douglas was the owner of First Choice Lawn Care and he was a member of Team IAK and Team TooLoud Audio Groups. He had a love for music and took great joy in building sound systems. He enjoyed the outdoors and it was evident in his appreciation for chainsaws, mowing, and the simple pleasures of riding horses.

He is survived by his daughter- Evalynne Grissom, Father -Jeff Grissom, Mother - Lora Yeadon,  Siblings- William Grissom, Stevie Grissom, Tony, Grady Wells, and Joni Webb. Additionally, Douglas is remembered by his maternal grandmother Kathy Yeadon, Aunts-  Susan Grissom, and Carrie Yeadon, Uncles- Robert Hollingsworth, Jimmy Yeadon, and Gary Grissom.

Douglas is preceded in death by grandfather James Yeadon and grandparents Gene and Nova Grissom, along with his Uncle Michael Grissom.
