George W. Roll

George W. Roll, 92 of Paoli, passed away February 7, 2020 at his home. He was born June 26, 1927 in Paoli, to parents Robert William & Bertha (Busick) Roll.  He married Violet Fern Andrews on January 27, 1952, she passed away July 16, 1996. He later married Dorothy Morgan on November 11, 1999 and she passed away May 12, 2000. George was a World War II US Army Veteran. He was retired from Paoli Chair Co. formerly of Paoli and he was a member and deacon of Millcreek Baptist Church of Salem.  

Survivors include: Daughter- Della Cranfill of Paoli

He is preceded in death by: parents, wives, sisters- Dorothy Oakley, Golda Powell & Pearl Bostock, daughter- Peggy Lee, son- John H. Sage & grandson Randall Terry. 

Visitation will be from 11am-1pm Monday February 10 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will follow at 1pm Monday at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. Burial will be in Ames Chapel Cemetery.
