Joan E (Knight) Clouse

Joan E. Clouse, age 88, passed away on April 10, 2022, at her home in Paoli. She was born February 11, 1934, to parents Harrison E. & Clara Opal (Walls) Knight. Joan married Stanley J. Clouse on September 6, 1951, who preceded her in death on October 28, 2002. She was a retired nurse's aide for Home Health Care in Orange County. Joan was also a member of the Red Hat Society and the Sulphur Creek Church of French Lick. 

Survivors include:

Daughters: Connie McInnish and husband Michael of Milltown & Cathy Tucker of French Lick

Sons: Steve Clouse of Paoli & Rick Clouse and wife Rosanne of Tennessee

Sisters: Eleanor Taylor of Florida, Alma Lindley of Mitchell, & Margaret Spaulding of Paoli

Grandchildren: Rick Seybold, Candance Hodges, David Pittman, Kristen McInnish, Shane Clouse, Jeremy Clouse, & Brandon Clouse

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son-in-law, Michael Tucker.

Visitation for Joan E. Clouse will be from 10 am until 1 pm on Friday, April 15 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will immediately follow at 1 pm Friday at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. Burial will be in the Patoka Chapel Cemetery. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
