Juanita I (Patton) Lane

Juanita I Lane, 95 of New Albany, formerly of Paoli, passed away February 4 at Autumn Woods Health Campus of New Albany. She was born May 14, 1925 in Taswell to parents, Odis & Sarah (Bennett) Patton. She married Vincin Paul Lane on April 26, 1975. Juanita worked for 20 years and retired from H.A. Seinshemiers Coat Factory formerly of New Albany and she was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of New Albany. 

Survivors include:

Daughters- Shirley Nale of New Albany & Cathy Onsager (Don) of Inverness, FL

Sister- Linda Gillum (Jake) of Paoli

8 Grandchildren 

Several Great & Great-Great Grandchildren

Juanita is preceded in death by: parents, husband, sisters- Amcel June Patton & Diane K. Patton, brothers- Alonzo, Bobby, Junior & Donald Patton; daughters- Frances Willis & Darlene Howell & son- Mark Robinson. 

Visitation will be from 4-7pm Sunday, February 7 at McAdams Mortuary. Funeral will be 1pm Monday, February 8 at the funeral home. Pastor Matthew Woods will officiate. Burial will be in Paoli Community Cemetery. McAdams Mortuary is following CDC guidelines regarding the Coronavirus pandemic. Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 ft). If you are showing symptoms of illness (fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting or diarrhea) please do not attend.
