Kenny Goodpaster

Kenny Goodpaster,  passed away on March 23, 2024, at IU Health Bloomington Hospital, at the age of 54. Born on October 17, 1969, in Paoli to Blaine Goodpaster and Delores (Hull) Goodpaster, Kenny was a 1988 graduate of Spring Valley High School. Kenny loved football, especially Notre Dame, and enjoyed participating in 5K walks. He was also a member of Paoli Christian Church. Kenny's greatest joy came from spending time with his family, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Kenny's favorite destination was Panama City Beach, FL where he found peace and relaxation amidst the beauty of the surroundings. 

Kenny is survived by his beloved wife, Christina Goodpaster of French Lick; daughter, Makenna Royer (Ricky) of West Baden; his brother, Robert Goodpaster (Shelly) of Seymour; his step-mother - Sandy Goodpaster of Paoli; and grandchildren, Vincent Royer and Adeline Royer. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, son Brandon Goodpaster, maternal and paternal grandparents and uncles.

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation for Kenny Goodpaster on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, from 4-7 pm at Paoli Christian Church. The funeral service, officiated by Bro. Gary Swick, will be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 11 am at the church. Cremation will follow.
