Page Ann (Combs) Zapien

Page Ann Zapien, age 61, passed away on June 1, 2022, at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington. She was born December 15, 1960, in Paoli to parents Damon Ray Combs and Lois Ann Richey Combs. Page married Joaquín Zapien on March 23, 1991. She worked as a phlebotomist at IU Health Paoli Hospital. 

Survivors include:

Husband: Joaquín Zapien of Paoli

Sons: Joaquín Tyler "JT" Zapien & wife, Whitney of Orleans & Miguel Angel Zapien & wife, Carolina of Paoli

Daughter: Montserrat Zapien & husband, Daniel Torres of Mexico

Mother & Step-Father: Lois Ann & Claude Cornelison of Paoli

Sister & Brother-n-law- Peggy & Bill Hoke of Paoli

Grandchildren: Oliver Ronin, Lincoln Alan, Joshua Owen, Briza Allyn, Jacob Ray Zapien, Daniel Torres Zapien, America Torres Zapien, Niki Torres Zapien

Nieces: Shae Ann Cole and husband Dusty of Paoli & Savannah Rae Hoke of Paoli

 Loving Great-nephews- Fletcher, Finnley & Fitz Cole all of Paoli

Several other nieces and nephews & several step brothers and sisters

Page was preceded in death by her father, Damon Ray Combs.

The visitation for Page Ann Zapien will be Sunday, June 5 from 2-8 pm at McAdams Mortuary. The Funeral will be Monday, June 6, at 11 am at the funeral home. Bro. Harvey McAdams will officiate. Burial will be in the Paoli Community Cemetery. For condolences visit mcadamsmortuary.com
