Phillip Gene Moffatt

Phillip Gene Moffatt. 79 of Hardinsburg, passed away February 9, 2020 at Paoli Health and Living Community. He was born November 2, 1940 in Paoli to parents, Edgar & Lucille (Downy) Moffatt. He married Connie Stephens December 20, 1963. Phillip was a retired employee of the Orange County Solid Waste Department. He was a member of Little Mission Church of Hardinsburg.

Survivors include: 

Daughter- Kimberly Purcell & husband, Donnie of Fredericksburg  

Son- P. Blane Moffatt & wife, Kathy of Hardinsburg

Grandchildren- Matthew Marr of Hardinsburg, Zoe Moffatt of Orleans & Alexx Elliott of Bloomington

Great-Grandchildren- Gavyn Carter Marr of Paoli, Cloe Blaine Moffatt of Orleans, Casen Matthew Moffatt of Orleans & Landon Wade Corn of Hardinsburg

Phillip is preceded in death by: parents, wife, brother- Jim Moffatt, sons- Shannon Lee Moffatt & Wade Moffatt. 

Visitation will be from 11am-1pm Wednesday February 12 at Little Mission Church of Hardinsburg. Funeral will follow at 1pm at the church. Bro. George Key will officiate. Burial will be in Kays Chapel Cemetery of Hardinsburg.
