Willy was born August 30, 1944 to Cecil Ragens and Hazel Walker Ragens. He entered in eternal life on December 25, 2020. After serving in the Air Force Willy traveled across the country doing many different jobs of which he loved sharing stories of these adventures. Willy is survived by two daughters and one son. Joy Friede of Indiana, Jeanie Whitloe of Missouri and Joseph Monroe McKoy of Nevada.
Willy’s companion for many years was Mona who proceeded him in death as well as his parents. Cremation was chosen with a private service to follow at a later date.
Willy loved his dog and spoiled Miss Dolly who was his companion, scooter rider and his best friend. Then Lucky entered his life and will miss his gentle puppy rubs and outdoor walks.
Willy was blessed by Beth Mull for the last 5 years as not only his daily caregiver but more importantly his friend, chauffeur, scooter racing and fishing buddy. So Mr. Willy as you enjoy your new set of legs, your renewed clear lungs and sharp clear hearing ears be listening for our voices as we will be calling: “HEY WILLY MEET ME AT THE FISHIN’ HOLE…..
